Mold Masterclass
How to identify and manage mold & mycotoxin exposure for hypersensitive individuals
Overview
Mold treatment is a top priority for many doctors who treat CIRS, Lyme disease, and Autoimmune disease patients. In fact, many doctors believe that most people with these issues cannot fully recover unless they remedy their moldy environment.
As a result, people dealing with these complex medical conditions need a specialized mold consultant to help them understand how their homes may be impacting them and guide them on how to properly remedy the situation.
Unfortunately, not many of these consultants exist. This leave many people with no where to turn for guidance.
That is why I created the Mold Masterclass. This is a very in-depth training course specifically designed for hypersensitive individuals. It's purpose is to help you understand how mold or mycotoxins can be impacting your environment, and how to properly identify and address the contamination issues.
What You Will Learn
This 8 module course will cover everything you need to know to help you navigate through the complex process of mold identification and remediation. Here is a quick description of each module.
- Module 1: Beginning Overview
- Realizing the challenges we face from a genetic perspective, common mold illness misdiagnosis, and the epidemic of sick homes and buildings that we are exposed to every day.
- Module 2: What is Mold and How Does it Grow?
- Learn about why mold exists, its purpose in the world, what mold needs to grow, and how fast mold can grow.
- Module 3: How Does Mold Impact Our Air Quality?
- Discover the difference between mold spores, mVOCs and mycotoxins. Learn how these contaminants travel throughout your home. And also discover how areas that have been previously impacted by water which have since dried, can actually create a more significant mold exposure issue.
- Module 4: A Comprehensive Mold Inspection
- Learn about the seven elements of a proper mold inspection for hypersensitive individuals. Also learn how simply collecting air samples from throughout your home is a massive disservice and does not provide you accurate or actionable information.
- Module 5: Sample Methodologies Overview
- This is a complete description of each sampling methodology, their strengths and weaknesses, when they should be used, and how they should be used in combination to provide a holistic understanding of what contamination exists in the home, and how it should be remediated.
- Module 6: Results Interpretation
- Many inspectors do not interpret lab results correctly. As a result, they provide a false sense of security to their clients. After this module you will no longer need an inspector to decipher what the lab results mean. You will learn every element of air, swab, ERMI, HERTSMI-2 and mycotoxin reports, what they mean, and how they apply to a hypersensitive person.
- Module 7: Remediation Philosophy
- As someone suffering from a complex medical condition, you are not part of the "mainstream" population. Instead you require a higher standard of care. Unfortunately, industry remediation guidelines are only designed for the "mainstream". In this module I provide the exact remediation protocols that I use for my hypersensitive clients. Now you will be able to guide a remediation process proven to remove mold, mycotoxins, and ultra fine particulates from your environment.
- Module 8: Air Treatment Technology
- The proper air treatment technology coupled with a regular and comprehensive cleaning regimen does wonders in helping maintain a low contaminant load in the home. In this module I share the technologies that I have found are best for my clients, and give a detailed description the specific cleaning regimen that can help manage your exposures in the home.
Your Instructor
Brian is a second generation indoor environmental consultant who specializes in working with hypersensitive individuals with complex medical conditions. He helps them to understand if mold, mycotoxins or other indoor pathogens exist in their home that may be contributing to their health conditions.
Brian has helped over helped over 3,000 hypersensitive people create a healthy living environment that has allowed their doctors to help them get better.
His process of identifying areas of mold or mycotoxin contamination is precise. He utilizes cutting edge technology and the most progressive sampling methodologies for validation. And he's modified traditional remediation protocols to address more complex environmental contaminations.
He also attends multiple international medical conferences and workshops every year that focus on how the environment impacts human health, specifically for individuals with biotoxin illness. Examples of these include conferences and workshops organized by the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS), Integrative Healthcare Symposium (IHS), and Environmental Health Symposium (EHS).
Brian is a Certified Microbial Investigator (CMI) accredited through the American Council for Accredited Certifications, North America's oldest and most prestigious certifying body dedicated to indoor air quality. He also has contributed to several informational articles published the the Indoor Air Quality Association as a member of its Education Subcommittee.
